Dual Invasion Hard Reset: Bullet Assault is a duel-based bullet hell shooter, where two players (+ their chosen armies) clash, the battlefield filling up with not only bullets but electronic homing pigs, gas that turns enemies into frogs... This is a project I've been working on for quite some time, and it's a "reintroductory" project into game making, as I've had quite a break from game making. (or anything related to computers and creativity) Current working features: -3 playable characters with different special attacks -1 world -Duel mode (duel to the death) Under work features: -Neutral powerups -3 more characters (up to 6) -Game balancing Planned features: -Factions that determine armies (sidescrolling shooter style mob enemies with prescripted behaviours that assist their masters) -Items/enhancements bought with points (preset amounts in matches, gained in other game modes somehow?) -Invasion (a gamemode where you push the other player to his core and attempt to destroy it)
1 new character (that summons his own troops), improvements to the interface, initial gameplay balancing (working power meters, boost meter still inactive), fixed powerups... Known bug; Turrets summoned by Sinful Cog won't die - looking into this, as much as I can in my current situation
