Thanks! Yes all graphics were by little ol' me ;-). I was rather getting tired of the battles, and have decided to either lower enemy hp and slow it down and add some variety, or change it completely (make it turnbased). Sorry! No Gladiola yet! :-( Scroll button does nothing yet. This is in a VERY early alpha stage. I'm currently very busy with my newest platformer, "Texas Pete!", which should be released next month. I got the sounds from a website I don't even remember now. Just picked it from google :-P And it'd be great to have some music for this game to!
Thanks for the complete review! I'll start working on this again next week.
By the way, that HTML just showed me how to do something I've been trying to figure out for I don't know how long. Thanks! ;-)

Haha, a fun little game! The graphics are nice. The fighting (as said before) is a little hectic, and isn't really very fair :P I try to avoid all the fights.. Also, I find that PP is restored on screen/map change. I suppose that's intentional, but I guess it could restore a little every step? I didn't find any Gladiola, though. :( I might try again if there is one! If there isn't yet, that's understandable =p Also, what's the scroll button for? Quest log? Spellbook? Instructions? :) Great work, definitely worth downloading.<br><br>
Did you do all the graphics yourself? I understand the music isn't original :P And what about the sound effects? If you need any musical/sound effect donations, feel free to send me an e-mail :)

Nice combat system, fast, straight to the point and fun. A little bit chaotic at its current state, though. =P

Oh shoot. I tried to load all the filenames in the same case for linux users, but I guess I overlooked those folders. I'll fix that in the next release. And I think I'll install linux too.

Game looks and feels really ql. I only had problem running it for the first time under linux because after unpacking all folders (in 'data/' folder) were initially uppercased but game asked for files in lowercased dirs. When I renamed 'items', 'levels' and 'tiles' folder names to be lowercased game run just fine.

Yeah, I got that bug once too (With the huy walking through the walls). I'll look into it. Another guy had the same issue with computer usage with one of my other programs too. I'll try to take down the framerate a little and try to make it use cpu more nicely.
Very nice!!!! (why do u need my simple snake code when you can make this :-) ) Love the graphics and music/sounds. clock.tick(50) takes up 100% of CPU. I had the same problem with Snake but got it down to 25 (as you know) and it still runs ok and takes about 10%.
