It's very interesting and I'd love to use it for a project. More documentation couldn't hurt, especially the wiki tells almost nothing, but I understand that adding new features is likely to be the focus now. I was looking for a way to have the functionality of with using a prepared map file loaded on startup, however it's been more complicated than I thought.

My Pig/Pug project has similar goals.

It's a bit of a trick to install right now, but it has included a GUI system that allows students to create simple games without writing code. When they are ready, it easily allows editing of code for scenes and objects they have created. I thought you might be interested and maybe there is some code that could be shared.

our projects welcomes all python game, art, music, sound, video and multimedia projects. If they use pygame or not.
