Hi,

First kudo for panspermia the game is really great and entertaining.

I got a little error when I played, you can see here: http://pix.toile-libre.org/?img=1259773910.png
I think it happened when I wanted to close the game using the cross in the top right corner. I use Ubuntu Linux, and I ran the game using python in a terminal.

Congrat' again!

Thanks, Michael. You need to upgrade pygame. It requires version 1.8.0 at least. (A more helpful error message will appear in any future versions of the game.)

I get an attribute error when I try to run the game. It looks a little something like this:

import main
File "gamelib/main.py", line 1, in <module>
import data, gamestate, lawn, thing, rain, cursor, cutscene, signage, audio
File "gamelib/gamestate.py", line 114, in <module>
import thing, lawn
File "gamelib/thing.py", line 14, in <module>
class Thing (pygame.sprite.Sprite):

the game stops at panspermia/gamelib/main.py, line 199, in playlevel at the 'while not gamestate.done:' loop i think :)

Thanks, I got the same comment from some of the pyweek judges. I haven't been able to reproduce the bug, but I'll definitely get to the bottom of it for the next version.

it looks quite cool, but you have to fix the controls...
sometimes, when a textbox pops up, it can't be closed and all keyboard-inputs are ignored...
