Description

Street Pyghter is a fighting game. I developed it in python using the pygame library. The sources are open so you should be able to look up the code if you are curious enough.

You will need python 3 or higher and the pygame 1.9.1 library installed.

Please feel free to comment the game or the code here :)

Changes

- added the screen size option based on an idea from RB[0] posted on Leif Theden (bitcraft)'s fighter framework page

- the game waits for an input before getting to the next round

- at the end of a game it gets back to the character selection screen and not to the title menu anymore

John, last time i tried `apt-get install python-pygame` installed pygame for python 2.X and not for my python 3 install. But if you are saying it's not so complicated anymore that's great news :)

Arnaud, what are you talking about? It's no trouble at all to install pygame on Linux. If you're using Ubuntu then a simple `apt-get install python-pygame` will do everything you need.

It is also a pain to get pygame on a linux for linux users i suggest looking up: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1649178 For OSX users, i hope some of the advices can be applied since it is also unix based.

looks cool. i'd like to try it, but compiling pygame for python 3.1 on os x is a huge pain.
