eFFeeMMe's pyweek lib - 0.1

I'm not sure if I'll join this pyweek, but if I do, I'll probably use this library, so I guess I have to make it public.

The library consists of a small collection of classes and functions which I find to be a quite good starting point for any pygame application. The non-trivial stuff is documented, and an example of use is provided. Notable stuff: -neat camera implementation -neat resource loading -veeery crappy widgets. Come check out how NOT to do them =p
