BETA: PyMapEditor - 0.1

Currently, this program will open an image and let you move it around in the window. Wooo. Eventually, I'll add a clock, and functionality for defining Areas and creating Events, and maybe some other stuff.

Loads a hardcoded imagefile and allows panning.
