You can modify everything like the Radius, color, size, speed and centre of the circle. At the moment I am sure that it needs some improvements to become a real library but I am just a beginner and I cannot improve it by myself. So if you want to improve it or got own ideas feel free to improve the code. Windows: tested and worked Linux: tested and worked

On linux it works! But I'm not sure of current features. If this is only a read-only demo all is working and it seems cool! I hope this will become a real library!

Transparency is a good idea. IÂŽll work on that.

That's pretty cool, you should make the colours fade to transparency, so that if you want a different background colour, or to have an image for a background it will look proper. Also, it would be pretty cool to have arrow keys control it, so you could use it as an actual menu in game.
